What word should we start using for this? Outrageous seems inadequate to describe how unhinged these actions, threatened actions and allowing invasions of privacy, striking out programs, agencies and funding without so much as a legislative stroke of a pen - the likes of an unelected Elon Musk run amok on the inner workings of the technologies of the United States government.
